Can I drop off documents to the office?
We do not have a physical store location that you can come to. The address displayed in our ads and on our website are for written correspondences and mailing purposes only. Our service is strictly mobile. If you are in any city with in the US. Our agents will come to you. If you are out side the US and the original documents are needed. You can mail the documents to us.
What other services do you offer?
In addition to Apostille Processing we also notarize documents. That service must be requested when place your order. All agents are State commissioned Notary Republics.
How much do you charge for your services?
Our fees vary based on how many and what state the documents must be processed in. Please fill out an online request or call (888) 689-1924 for a free estimate.
How do I know I can trust the agent with my documents?
American Apostille Services only use State commissioned Notary Publics to handle your documents. They are registered in their State of operation with the County Clerks office where they received their commission. All agents are insured.
How will I know when the job is done?
The agent dispatched for your process will contact you when they have finished the process. If they picked them up from you, they can return them to you. If your out of the US they will send them to you by FedEx, UPS, or DHL. American Apostille Services will send you and email confirming the completion of the assignment. And a tracking number if you outside of the country.
How do I pay for the Apostille Process?
When you call or email for a free estimate. We will send you an email with an itemized invoice of your total. For your security NO payments will be taken/accepted over the phone. The email with contain a Paypal link that will allow you to pay for the order. Once we confirm your payment you will get an email and or call letting you know the name of the agent who help up. There will be no further charges unless something goes wrong in your process. That will ONLY come from American Apostille Services, not the local agent. We will confirm what the situation is by email/phone call and then assess if a new charge is applicable.
How soon can you get here? How much advanced notice is required?
In order to better serve you we request at least 5 hours in advance of the closing business day. We will, however, make every attempt to fulfill “same-day”, “last minute” and “emergency” requests. Same day request will an additional charge and can not be garenteed as "same-day"..
Do you do Apostille Processing on the weekend?
Unfortunately no, we do not. Because the process has to be done through state and federal offices. Our agents can only get your documents processed during business hours 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Not including holidays that fall on a weekday. To better serve you American Apostille Services can arrange for your documents to be picked up after office hours (5:00PM) and on the weekend.
What area(s) do you cover?
We cover All 50 US States. Wherever state the document originated from, we have someone there.
What are your terms and policies?
*Advanced payment required for same-day appointments, at least 5 hours before closing of a business day
*Some state and federal offices close earlier than 5:00PM, There for "same-day service can not be .
*No Cancellations/Refunds for same-day appointments.
*Signings in remote areas and under extreme circumstances (rush jobs, long waiting, inclement weather, long distances, etc…) may result in additional fees.
*Errors & Omissions caused by our notaries will be corrected at free of charge.
